Dunne Property Company was created by Allan Dunne in 2014 with the purpose of providing a vehicle through which friends, family and colleagues could invest in passive investment commercial real estate opportunities.  Over the past five years, the company has become much more active in the marketplace and has established itself as a legitimate player in several different categories of Wichita real estate which include residential, multi-family, office, industrial and retail.  From formation to present, the company has been solely owned and operated by Allan.
